Myles attempts to capture movement and character in his steel sculptures of wildlife, often incorporating found objects like tools and steel implements which gives something for the viewer to discover in his creations. He is a full-time artist and his art is collected by buyers around the world. He paints and sculpts every day.
Myles paints in watercolour, acrylic and oil paints and creates scrap metal steel sculptures, he has been selected for many national and international open call art exhibitions including the Royal West of England Academy, the Royal Ulster Academy and was Highly Commended in the Royal Cambrian Academy 2022. He has also won the Bradford Gallery figurative Prize in 2021 in the Bath Society of Artists Open Exhibition.
Myles studied Fine Art at Swansea College of Art for bachelor’s degree First Class Honours then master’s degree graduating with Distinction in 2020. He is now studying for a PhD in Kinetic Sculpture at York St John University.
