Handpicked gemstones are the main focal point of many of her pieces. She has a fascination with gemstones, often referred to by herself and colleagues as ‘stone fever’. She particularly has a love for labradorite and rainbow moonstone which have an iridescent play of colours. These feature strongly in her collections.
The granules combined with an oxidised silver finish is reminiscent of vintage marcasite jewellery which has been a source of inspiration for some time.
