This bowl in Oak, has a slightly rounder base and inward sloping edge. There is a lot of interest in the grain patterns, which is unmistakable for Oak. The bowl feels solid and strong in the hand and would serve well as a fruit bowl or a salad bowl.

The bowl has been treated with food safe oils and beeswax.

Wash your bowl immediately after use with warm water and a mild detergent and dry with a towel. To refresh the look of your bowl, sand it lightly with 0000 steel wool and apply a thin layer of natural oil or wax. Over time, contact with food will create a patina in your bowl.
Do not use olive oil to treat your bowl, as it will turn rancid over time!
