Brian has a first class BA (hons) degree in Fine Art and a B.Phil in Landscape Design.
He worked as a landscape architect in the north of England before moving to mid Wales in 1987 where he began his career as a designer/maker of bespoke furniture.
Arts and crafts have always had an important place in his life, and along the way he has accumulated various skills including ceramics, leaded glass, gilding and painting, mostly for use in furniture.
In 2005 two new avenues opened for him. Botanical art and photography.
He now works as a photographer and watercolour artist.
